We usually have a waiting list…...why?

 

             Dale, is a Drafting Engineer at Sinclair refinery in Tulsa, Okla., during the day. He has been in this area of work for the last 31 years. Joshua, our son is in college now and working after school. That leaves me to answer the phones, answer the emails, take care of the critters, do a little spinning and weaving, housework (who said that), and help Dale out in the wood barn.

             We only work out in the barn after Dale gets home from his “real job” and on the weekends. Sometimes we work deep into the night trying to finish a item that needs to be shipped. 

             We do require a deposit when placing a order, this ensures us that you are really interested in the item. Too many times we have had someone order something and then change their mind when we have it finished. This is not fair to us or the next person in line waiting for us to finish a item.

             We will place an item in layaway, you can make payments on it while we are working on getting it ready to ship. We usually ship large items UPS, with smaller items going USPS. We have to make the box that the larger items fit in, we do charge a small packaging fee for these items.

             We usually have a 4 to 5 month waiting list depending on the time of year. Please keep this in mind when placing a order.  

             Due to Dale needing surgery on his shoulder we will not be taking any orders until mid to late January of 2009…...sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please email me to get on a list and I will let you know when we are taking orders again.
