Text Box: I have so many things to say I do not know where to begin!  I  LOVE my picker!  It is beautiful and works WONDERFULLY!  I also want to say THANK YOU for the elves note!  I almost fell over when I saw the Christmas card in there!  I was going to call tonight (it is Thursday and the picker just got here) after I opened the box; to ask if you could send a card  in Leslies!  When I saw that in there I thought she had done it and she said she did not.  We (Les and I) want to thank you for the extra customer service you provided!  We both laughed and thought, not many people would do that.  It is such a joy to see someone else being as fun as us.  PLEASE use me as a reference if you need any.  Again, I am speechless for the first time in a long time (ask Leslie!)
Thank You,

Text Box: Barbara-
The picker came last night and WOW!!!  I'm sorry I waited so long to get it - it is truly a work of art.  Dale does absolutely beautiful work and the attention to detail is amazing.  So were the packing materials - very clever.  The box was beat up slightly but the picker didn't even sustain a scratch.  I had some lamb's wool waiting for it but got caught up on the phone and didn't have a chance to take it for a spin (I mean swing).  Tonight, watch out.  I'll clamp it down and put it to work. I'm so thrilled with it I can't even tell you!
I also recognize the amount of time, money and energy that went into the packing materials.
Thanks again for everything - I love the picker and it will become a cherished member of my fiber-tool family.  I will put it to use this weekend!

Leslie and Cheryl, jokingly wrote saying they were getting the Wool Pickers for each other as Christmas gifts. Without telling them we put a Christmas card in Cheryl’s box saying it was from Leslie and one in Leslie’s box saying it was from Leslie. They were both surprised and it was lots of fun, we actually felt like Santa’s elves.  ;0)

Text Box: Barbara,
I wanted to let you know that I received the picker and of course had to try it out immediately.   It works great it is just as good if not better than the Patrick green triple picker. I had some wool that I had run through the Patrick green and then I did some raw washed wool through yours and it is just as good with one exception yours is better in the operations.  Its hard to explain exactly if you get too much wool on the triple picker it is hard get it up and then you have to hold the arm up and clear it.  On yours perhaps because it has a few less points I am able to push right through.  It is great thank you so much I will defiantly be telling my friends.

What others have to say...

The loom arrived on Tuesday & I have been so busy that I finally sat down tonight & opened it.  First, the packaging is AAA+++, you really have it secured. I removed all the pieces & put the stand together.  I had no idea that it had a short set of legs as well…what a happy surprise!   Everything is so well marked that I could tell what went where right away. I decided to make my first 8 foot shawl, so I pieced the triangle together and was getting pretty good at it by then.  I found one bent nail & the handy tool took care of it…great idea, I’m sure this will happen over the years from time to time.  The finish is beautiful, the chest is strong & beautiful and it even came with all the right size tools.  I can’t wait to show my friends.

This is a real joy to own & just leave out as a conversation piece.  The engineering is extraordinary. I only glanced through the book & see that you guys have worked out yardage for the different sizes.  I love all the instructions…learned about the highlighted “too tight center” the hard way when I rented the guild loom.  I had read about cut thread, but had no clue how to do it…you thought of everything.   And the fringe maker…that really had me guessing until I looked it up…how fun is that!  Modular brass hook no less!  Now I will have to give a demo on twill & basket.

I love it, I love it, I love it.

Thank you so much.
